Hyrox Training Club.

Hyrox Training Club starts in November 2024. Hyrox is the Fitness race combining 1 km runs with 8 Fitness stations between each 1km run. Our Hyrox Training Club is a great way to prepare for your next race or a way to keep fit and enjoy this simple training modality.

CrossFit.

River Rock CrossFit offers one of the most unique locations to train. CrossFit is all about community, enjoying the sweat and the laughs together. Our members range form 4 - 74 and everything in between. If you’re after a training methodology that is varied and you want to see results then CrossFit is for you!

Personal Training

Fitness Farm Directors Pete and Laura Rowe also offer personal training sessions.

Laura is a mum of three girls and offers 1 on 1 training for women. She is a certified pre and post natal trainer and a registered nurse.

Pete enjoys trying the lads, elevating their Fitness experience with a blend of weight training, conditioning and breathwork.
